My email address is not recognised

If your email address is not recognised at the login portal, there are three possibilities: either you are not registered to the event, there is a typo in your email address or you have been registered to the event with an alternative email address.


Please bear in mind that an email typo could either be an incorrect keystroke at the point of login, or a typo within the event system itself. Please contact your event administrator to ensure you have been registered or speak to us via the instant chat bubble, where we can search the event database for your registration.


If you have been registered to the event with an alternative email address or there is a typo in your registered email address, we may be able to indicate that this is the case over the chat bubble, but for security reasons we will not be able to disclose the email address that we do have in our system.
