If you are using the correct event code but unable to login, please ensure the email address you are using is the same as the email address to which your registration invite was sent.
Event codes are case sensitive. Please ensure you are entering it exactly as it appears in your joining instructions.
If you are using Internet Explorer, please try on another browser. Internet Explorer has been deprecated by Microsoft, who no longer support the product and recommend against its use.
